Monthly Board Meeting

Special Board Meeting & Town Hall: May 30, 2026
Info: In addition to the regularly scheduled Board meeting on June 20, the Board will hold a Town Hall to discuss compliance with the new Oregon law regarding fire-hardened building materials on Saturday, May 30 at 9:30 am followed by a brief Board meeting and Executive Session to discuss personnel and legal matters. All Capes homeowners are invited to attend via the regular monthly BOD meeting Zoom link.
