Who’s Got Mail? We do!

If you have a mailbox in the “D” cluster and are used to just walking up to the last box on the right to check your mail, you may have recently found that your keys suddenly stopped working. That is because due to popular demand, we have now added 2 new mailbox clusters, “E” and “F.” The contractor did such a great job making them blend seamlessly in to the existing 4 boxes that many people did not notice we’d added more, and were trying to use their “D” keys in the new “F” box.

Not for Public Use!

If you spot a porta potty (a.k.a. “portable restroom,” “porta-john,” or “thunderbox”….eww…) in the neighborhood, please be advised that these are not public restrooms open to all. Contractors and builders working on site for extended periods of time are required to provide facilities for their crews, and their crews only. If you have a contractor working on your property, please be sure that they have made proper restroom arrangements for their crew, and are not simply sending them out to use a porta potty that someone else is paying to rent and maintain. We’ve had some instances recently where facilities have been used (and left extremely dirty…what the heck are they DOING in there??!!??) by unauthorized persons (to the point where they needed to be cleaned before anyone else could use them) and one owner reported that a padlock was cut off of the toilet at their build site.
